Provide Documentation
Attach clear photos of the damaged bottle, the shipping label, and the original packaging to help us process your claim quickly.
Await Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions if a return is required.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once your claim is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement bottle at no additional cost.
