Does someone need to be home to sign for my delivery?
Yes. Per federal law, an adult aged 21 or older must be present to provide a valid ID and sign for any package containing alcohol. Carriers cannot leave these packages unattended.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Do you ship to all 50 states?
Due to varying state regulations regarding the shipment of alcohol, we can only ship to specific states. Please check our shipping policy page or enter your zip code at checkout to see if delivery is available in your area.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your order arrives damaged or leaked during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package. We will work quickly to provide a replacement or a refund.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We aim to process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been picked up by the carrier, we are unable to cancel or redirect it.
